ACI Visits Happy Valley Charter School

Happy Valley Charter School invited Chef Rebecca Chazan to speak at their morning assemblies today. Students are studying “Heroes” and included Chefs in the group of careers that they wanted to learn about. They are studying Julia Childs and Emeril Lagasse. To decorate for the assembly, they made a wall of photos of themselves as chefs!

Chef Spotlight | Santos Villarico, CEC, CCE, CPI

Arizona Culinary Institute welcomes Chef Santos Villarico, who recently joined us from Le Cordon Bleu at Scottsdale. Chef Villarico will be teaching our Advanced Cuisine class, which cooks daily for our restaurant guests. Chef Villarico was born in the Phillipines, but moved here 32 years ago. He worked at the Fairmont Princess Resort for seven years
