Arizona Culinary Institute’s Chef Santos Villarico will be holding a fruit and vegetable carving class for ACI students on Saturday July 20, 2013 From 8:30 am – 12:00 pm. Class is limited to the first 20 students who register.
Class Cost is $15.
Students will learn basic and advanced techniques in fruit and vegetable carving using basic and tools. Student will need to be in full uniform and bring a their knife kits to class.
