Arizona Culinary Institute will be having an “Open House” on Saturday October 9, 2010. Chef Glenn Humphrey, CEC, CCE, and Chef Santos Villarico, CEC, CCE, CPI will be demonstrating “Basic and Advance” techniques on fruit and vegetable carvings.
