Happy Valley Charter School invited Chef Rebecca Chazan to speak at their morning assemblies today. Students are studying “Heroes” and included Chefs in the group of careers that they wanted to learn about. They are studying Julia Childs and Emeril Lagasse. To decorate for the assembly, they made a wall of photos of themselves as chefs!

Dinner October 6 & 7, 2010 In our continuing effort to train the chefs of tomorrow, Arizona Culinary Institute announces it’s new Tasting Menu. This five (5) course menu will give our students the opportunity to show off their culinary skills with all new flavor pairings, for the minimal cost of $20 per person. You will
