The holidays have passed, winter break is over, and classes are back in full swing! The campus is looking great, with kitchens full of excited students. In the coming weeks we will be announcing a list of extra-curricular classes being offered for 2014. The dates are still being finalized, but Sushi, Fruit and Veg carving, Advanced sugar workshops, and Molecular Gastronomy are all on the horizon…plus a few more! Remember, classes fill up quickly, and they max at 20 students, so sign up early to hold your spot. The Night class is moving into Du Jour, so dinner service will be open again for the next 9 weeks. Use your student discount and come see us! Bring your friends and family. Where else in town can you get food like that for such a good price??? Also, we are working on unveiling an a ’la carte option in Du Jour for people that don’t have time for so many courses…more to come on that soon.
