On December 13, 2011 Arizona Culinary Institute students along with Chef Wilson will visit Phoenix Children's Hospital. ACI will be bringing Gingerbread Houses for the children to decorate. This was the idea of current student Ariel Herr who arranged this event. ACI hopes to make this an annual event.

Arizona Culinary Institute will celebrate the US Constitution on September 16, 2011. Students will be given a constitution quiz and the student(s) with a perfect or highest score with receive prizes.
