Molecular Gastronomy Class June 15, 2013
On June 15, 2013 Chef Instructor Christopher Wolf, CCC, CCE, CPI, CSW will be holding an extra curricular class based on Molecular Gastronomy. Students will be introduced to cutting edge cooking techniques using different ingredients. Chef Wolf will also demo the use of Liquid Nitrogen, Foaming Agents and Sous Vide cooking.
