Arizona Culinary Institute (“ACI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose personal information associated with our text messaging (SMS/MMS) communications.

Information We Collect 

When you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Arizona Culinary Institute, we may collect: 

• Your mobile telephone number

 • Your name and contact information 

• Your consent to receive SMS communications

 • Information regarding your inquiry, application, admissions, enrollment, campus tour, or other interactions with ACI

 • Message interaction information, such as delivery status, responses, and opt-out status

 Information may be provided when you submit an inquiry, request information, complete an application, schedule a campus tour, or otherwise voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from Arizona Culinary Institute.

Arizona Culinary Institute does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 

Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

 We may use service providers solely as necessary to provide and support our communications and business operations. Such providers may process information only on our behalf and are not authorized to use SMS consent information or mobile telephone numbers for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 

Opting Out of SMS Messages 

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving text messages from Arizona Culinary Institute at any time. 

Reply STOP to any ACI text message to unsubscribe. 

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.
