Diploma Program
Diploma students can choose day or evening training. Both schedules follow the same curriculum.
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 2:00pm
32 weeks - Approx 8 Months
Monday - Thursday
5:00pm - 11:00pm
40 weeks - Approx 10 Months
Students in both the day and evening programs earn a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking and Restaurant Management.
Courses must be taken consecutively, and both schedules follow the same curriculum outlined in the ACI Campus Catalog.
Class sizes generally range from 10–12 students. It is ACI’s policy never to place more than 20 students in a class at one time.
