Position Overview

Sullivan’s Steakhouse is seeking a Pantry Chef/Pastry to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary students, recent culinary graduates, and experienced kitchen professionals who want to strengthen their skills in a high-volume restaurant environment.

The Pantry Chef/Pastry plays an important role in preparing food items, maintaining kitchen organization, supporting the line, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely handle knives and operate standard kitchen equipment.
• Follow recipes, preparation procedures, and presentation standards.
• Prepare food items and portions according to restaurant standards.
• Stock the kitchen line and preparation areas with ingredients needed for service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently with other members of the culinary team during busy service periods.
• Help ensure food is prepared consistently and meets guest expectations.
• Follow all applicable food-safety and sanitation procedures.
