Francis And Bee’s PETS is a growing Arizona-based pet treat company specializing in handcrafted, plant-based dog treats. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and efficient part-time baker to help with our weekly treat production.
This is a great opportunity for a culinary arts or baking student looking for paid, hands-on experience in a real small-batch production environment without committing to a traditional part-time schedule.
This position is only one 5-hour shift per week, and we are flexible on the day to accommodate school schedules.

This isn't a restaurant kitchen or a traditional bakery position. You'll get firsthand experience seeing how a small food-based brand takes a product from recipe → production → finished product → customer and retail shelves.
As Francis And Bee’s PETS grows, there may also be opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities in the future.
$18–$20/hour, depending on experience.
Approximately 5 paid hours per week to start.
Production will take place at a commercial kitchen in Scottsdale, Arizona.
