Prep for daily salads, proteins, sauces, and grab n go’s. Assist in set up/break down case with proteins. Butchering of meat and make sandwiches per orders as needed. Help with guests and ring out. Daily kitchen/market cleanup. These duties are shared with all and not the sole responsibility of one person. Need someone who enjoys wearing many hats and is interested in a ground floor opportunity with room for advancement.
