“The marriage between chefs and farmers is an ancient tradition, and I can’t think of a better way to experience all that our school has to offer than by visiting our campus on Saturday, March 14 as we celebrate hyper-local sourcing and sustainability,” notes Arizona Culinary Institute President and Co-founder, Chef Robert Wilson.

Inside the school, Chef Instructors will be giving tours of the world-class facilities, and Admissions and Financial Aid Representatives will be on hand to answer questions from prospective students and their families.

Arizona Culinary Institute offers several start dates per academic calendar year. The day program has eight starts a year (about every six weeks), while ACI’s evening program has four starts per year. The next Day Program Start Date is April 6. 2015.

“This event really offers a no pressure way to experience first-hand our highly individualized program that truly prepares students for the industry,” adds Chef Wilson. “Our students are finished in a restaurant setting in our own du Jour Restaurant, and our placement rates are unrivaled.”

The Arizona Culinary Institute’s founding principles are traditional, proven French Method cooking skills combined with the best of modern techniques. ACI prepares students for careers in Culinary Arts & Hospitality covering a broad range of areas. Du Jour is the culinary laboratory that the advanced students of the school operate as a French fine dining experience.
