Our focus is on local, farm-to-table ingredients, with a particular emphasis on premium beef sourced from Math Farms. Our seasonal Head Chef will lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional, memorable dining experiences that reflect the quality of our regional ingredients and the peaceful, rustic charm of the resort.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Seasonal Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations from December to March. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering elevated steakhouse cuisine with a focus on locally sourced products. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef who enjoys working in a serene and picturesque environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a fine dining or upscale steakhouse environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor kitchen staff.
• Expertise in farm-to-table cuisine and sourcing local ingredients.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy kitchen.
• Experience in creating and executing menus for holiday events and private dining.
• Familiarity with Montana cuisine and seasonal ingredients is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs in a seasonal environment.
