A note From The Executive Chef December 2017

Hello ACI Family, and welcome to the end of another year. I hope your Thanksgiving holiday was wonderful, and if you “took the wheel” in the kitchen this year, I hope your culinary school training helped out, and you cooked the best Thanksgiving dinner that your friends, families, or customers have ever had!

Our students will be on winter break from Saturday, December 23rd, through Sunday, January 7th. The campus will still be open during normal office hours on MOST of those days, but there will be no classes in session.

2018 promises to be an exciting year as we have received all necessary approval to add 2 NEW PROGRAMS to our repertoire! For all the details, you’ll have to contact us, but I will say we will be adding 2 shorter programs, one specializing in Culinary-only, and one specializing in Baking and Pastry-only, to complement our existing program.

To wrap up 2017, I want to thank all of the Chef Instructors for another wonderful year. We’ll never be perfect, but I appreciate the continued effort to make our program the best that it can be. To all of our students and graduates, I want to thank you for choosing ACI for your culinary education. We would not exist without our students, and we never forget that. I am so proud of the number of qualified cooks we have put out into the industry and I NEVER get tired of hearing your success stories. Keep digging, keep pushing, keep cooking, and never hesitate to contact us if you think we can help you in some way. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season, and I look forward to a bright and exciting 2018.

Thank you.
