Arizona Culinary Institute Has just been approved to offer 2 new shorter certificate programs for 2018. Starting with The January 8, 2018 Start ACI will be offering along with its Award Winning Diploma Program a Certificate in Culinary Arts and a Certificate in Baking and Pastry. Both of these new programs will be offered during the day and are only 9 weeks in length. These programs were just approved by the Arizona State Board for Private Post Secondary Education and Accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Career Schools and Colleges.
