Buck & Rider is looking for Servers to join our team at our North Scottsdale location.
Located off Scottsdale Road and Mayo Blvd, Buck & Rider is a high-energy, seafood-forward restaurant known for its raw bar, sushi, premium steaks, and handcrafted cocktails. The concept is built around sourcing the freshest ingredients from around the world, with seafood flown in daily and a menu that evolves based on quality and seasonality.

We are seeking Servers with strong hospitality instincts who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are polished, team-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism during busy services.

Day in the Life:
• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to each guest
• Guide guests through the menu, including seafood, raw bar, and cocktail offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
• Adapt to high-volume service with urgency and composure
• Uphold food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
• Stay informed on daily menu updates and fresh seafood selections
Requirements:
• Previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
