Position Summary
The Food Prep Worker – is responsible for preparing, assembling, and plating high-quality meals for airline first-class and business service. This role requires precision, consistency, and attention to detail to meet premium dining standards, strict food safety regulations, and airline specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion first-class meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Assist with the assembly and plating of gourmet dishes for international and domestic flights
- Handle premium ingredients with care to maintain freshness, quality, and appearance
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized prep station in compliance with company and airline standards
- Label, date, and store food items properly
- Support culinary team members during high-volume production periods
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
