Prep Cook

We are currently seeking a reliable Prep cook with high standards for food quality, sanitation and maintenance in our Pantry station to join our team at Modo Mio

Job requirements entail:

• Work experience as a Prep or Pantry cook preferred
• Hands on experience with professional kitchen equipment
• Good knowledge of health and safety rules in kitchen
• Prop knife skills and knife safety preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Team spirit
• Ability to work in shifts -including nights and weekends
