In du Jour students can apply what they’ve learned in a real-world setting while also experimenting and learning new skills in the kitchen. The constantly changing menu based on fresh ingredients and the student’s curriculum is an excellent way to keep things interesting and ensure that students are constantly challenged to learn and grow.
Thank you for considering Arizona Culinary Institute’s du Jour Restaurant for your special event or group dining experience. Please find below the instructions to request a group reservation:
Group Size: This form is for groups of 12 guests or more. Maximum size is 50 guests.
Menu Options: We offer two menu options for group dining. You can choose from a set menu or a limited choice menu. The set menu includes an amuse bouche, appetizer, entrée, and dessert. The limited choice menu includes a choice of appetizer and entrée with a set dessert. Coffee and tea are included in both options. Prices start at $26.00 per person for lunch and $40.00 per person for dinner, including tax and gratuity.
Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are available at an additional cost and are not included in the set menu price. Separate checks can be issued for guests ordering alcoholic beverages. Soft drinks are also available for a charge.
Seating: Guests will be seated at the available tables in the du Jour dining room, which vary in size. Tables will not be moved to accommodate guests as this disrupts the students’ learning experience.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% based on the size of the event is required to hold the date for the event.
Confirmation: The number of guests must be confirmed 2 days (48 hours) prior to the event. This will be the number of guests you will be charged on the invoice.
Reservation Changes: Reservation changes/modifications must be confirmed a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date of the reservations. For Monday reservations, changes must be received and confirmed no later than 3:00 pm on the Thursday prior.
Cancellations: Group reservations must be canceled no later than 5 business days prior to the reservation date. Failure to cancel/no-show will result in a charge of $100 or forfeiture of the deposit.
