ASU Sodexo is now looking for professional cooks willing to learn and adapt to a high end, fast pace culture. Beginning our 2017-2018 football season in a brand new state of the art facility, with ample room for growth.
Our kitchen is ran by our Culinary Director, Patrick Poblete, with the help of his two Sous Chefs, Jonthan Tuala, Eric Oot and the Chef's culinary administrator and Garde Manger, Chef Crystal Tuala.
Together they are responsible for feeding 160 football players plus coaches and staff for four meals a day. BREAKFAST. LUNCH. DINNER. & SNACK; that does not include the amount of prep involved in game days alone.
The objective this year is to build a strong, hard working and motivated team while creating a positive, family like atmosphere.
