SABLÉ BOULANGERIE

Sablé Boulangerie is an artisanal French pastry shop located in downtown Gilbert, AZ.  Founded by local native Chef Will Porter, the bakery was created to bring classic, scratch-made French pastry techniques back to the East Valley. The kitchen operates with a deep respect for traditional methods, utilizing premium ingredients like imported French flour, French butter, and Valrhona chocolate to craft its daily rotation of viennoiserie, tarts, cakes, and signature laminated croissants. Chef Porter established the shop after gaining foundational training at École Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie in the South of France,  working in elite boutiques in Paris, and hotel in Dubai, and he is dedicated to creating a collaborative, educational environment for growing culinarians. Operating Wednesday through Sunday, Sablé Boulangerie offers an ideal setting for passionate students and graduates looking to refine their skills in lamination, dough management, and high-standard pastry production.
