Portofino Kitchen

At Portofino Kitchen, we prepare and sell gourmet Italian meals. Our business fills a growing and very much desired niche in the retail food business. We cook prepared meals, freeze them and provide them to our customers as take home meals primarily at local farmers markets. We pay an hourly wage and prepare each of our chefs to eventually go out on their own in their own business, serving other local farmers markets.
