Everyone is a team, no man left behind.  From our smiling faces in the front of the house to our non-stop, can do attitude in the back of the house, every one works harmonious to bring the customer the best experience imaginable.  From pan to plate to table everything is made from scratch in house daily; pizza dough, fresh ground burgers, focaccia bread to our magnificent handmade pastas.  Our scratch made meatballs, phenomenal tomato sauce, fresh made fennel sausage and chorizo only highlight some of the creativity we put into our menu.  With our weekly pizza, sandwich, burger, lunch and dinner specials the world opens up for opportunity.  We use the best ingredients possible and make every plate light up in flavor and presentation.  All of our dishes have our love and passion poured into them, from concept to plating at Pitch.
