Company Information
Pa’ La means “for the people” and it is forged in a passion to deliver food and wine that is inherently approachable and human to our community of people. It is a vision that originated in San Sebastian Spain by restauranteur Omar Alvarez and Chef Claudio Urciuoli while enjoying a local Tempranillo and pintxos overlooking the Bay of Biscay.
Drawing from coastal cultures of the Mediterranean, South America, and Asia (with the experience of Head Chef Jason Alford's experience from Scottsdale's Roka Akor), ingredients are sourced locally with wild caught seafood, organic grains, and vegetables. Much of the menu centers around a hand-built wood burning oven, with a rotating menu of daily specials. Our wines represent small, family owned vineyards from around the world with a personal story behind each winery. Our draft beers are exclusively selected from local hand crafted breweries. It is Pa’ La’s commitment to bring a unique and unforgettable experience to the people of Phoenix and beyond.
