A. Yes. We work with a local housing coordinator who focuses on meeting the needs of our students. Our campus is located in a beautiful and residential area in North Scottsdale where there are many housing options to choose from.
A.Yes. Many of our students work while they are attending school and we view this as a great opportunity for them to gain valuable experience. Our Placement Director works closely with our students to find industry-related jobs that are fulfilling and challenging.
A. Student’s can earn their diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking, and Restaurant Management in as little as 8 months. Our program consists of 6 months of classes followed by a 6 week paid internship.
A. Yes. Arizona Culinary Institute is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The ACCSC is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
A. Yes! Classes run Monday through Thursday, from 5:00pm to 11:00pm, and are taught year round.
A. A new Basic Culinary Arts class starts every 6 weeks! Request a catalogue to receive a list of our start dates. We know one of them will be right for you!
A. You will wear a chef’s uniform while on campus. Students are given several sets of uniforms as part of their tuition costs and these include 3 chef’s coats, 2 pairs of checkered pants, 2 cloth hats, 1 Apron, and 4 hand towels.
A. In addition to uniforms, your tuition cost includes all of the tools you will use to become a success in the culinary industry. These tools include a comprehensive knife kit, 2 professional text books, supplemental student curriculum packets, a backpack and an ACI t-shirt. Of course you will also receive the most valuable tool we have to offer: the attention and instruction of our experienced Chef Instructors.
