Classes at ACI are kept small (no more than 20 students) so each student can benefit from the personalized attention of our chefs. Because enrollment in each of our classes is limited, we urge you to apply for admission today to ensure that your place will be held. ACI has 8 start dates annually, so inquire today to determine which date will be best for you.
