This Class is open to Arizona Culinary Institute Students only. Class Cost $25 In this class you will learn about traditional and modern Sushi preparation techniques. A variety of styles and rolls will be covered using a wide selection of ingredients. The best part: all of it gets eaten!
Join Arizona Culinary Institute for OPEN HOUSE on Saturday July 19, 2014. Chef Instructors will be giving tours and Admission and Financial Aid Representatives will be on hand to answer questions. Tours Begin at 9:00 am and run through 12:00 noon. There will also be special treats for you to sample.

Arizona Culinary Institute Students will be preparing and serving dinner in the student run on campus restaurant duJour. Menu is a 3 course Prix Fixe with ranges from $25-$32.
