At Arizona Culinary Institute, students spend the final six weeks of their program on a paid or unpaid externship. Our Director of Education and Placement, Chef Erin Coopey, serves as the liaison between students and employers to help identify opportunities that align with career goals.

Job placement assistance is available to both current students and graduates. With ACI’s extensive network of hospitality industry contacts and a national database of potential employers, students gain access to valuable resources when preparing for their careers.
