Arizona Culinary Institute welcomes school and educational groups to experience our hands-on culinary training environment.
Tours are offered Monday through Friday by appointment and provide students with a behind-the-scenes look at ACI’s professional kitchens, classrooms, and restaurant facilities.
Group Size: Up to 35 participants
Tour Duration: Approximately one hour. Groups that are touring and dining should plan to be here from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
Advance Notice: Requests should be made at least four weeks in advance
Dining Option: Add a lunch experience at DuJour, our student-operated restaurant (available with advance payment and confirmed headcount)
Supervision: One adult chaperone is required for every 12 students
Educators are encouraged to prepare students to engage, ask questions, and enjoy a dynamic, interactive learning experience with ACI’s chef-instructors and staff.
