Here are pictures from today’s High School Workshop held during ACI’s Open House. Chef Glenn Humphrey, CEC, CCE and Chef Philip Sayre, CEC, CCE, CPI, WAC. Instructed the students on making fresh pasta, marinara sauce, fresh pesto sauce, garlic bread and Caesar salad. The students then sat down and enjoyed lunch.
