Native American students have an established history with Arizona Culinary Institute, including over 85 alumni from different tribes across Arizona and surrounding states.

Classes at ACI are kept small (no more than 20 students) so each student can benefit from the personalized attention of our chefs. Because enrollment in each of our classes is limited, we urge you to apply for admission today in order to ensure that your place will be held. ACI has 8 start dates annually so inquire today to determine which date will be best for you.
