The Shift Leader helps oversee daily store operations while providing excellent customer service and ensuring our milkshakes, chocolates, and specialty treats meet MilkShake Factory’s quality standards. Responsibilities include opening the store, preparing products and ingredients for busier evening hours, serving customers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping guide team members during the shift.
Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. We are particularly seeking dependable candidates who can work morning and daytime shifts beginning at 11:00 a.m. A current ServSafe Food Manager certification is required; however, qualified candidates may obtain the certification after beginning employment.
