Seeking a fun-loving seasonal chef for a kids’ camp in Northern Arizona. (Season is from May - August)
Prepare nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options for 75- 350 campers.
Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Ensure strict sanitation and safety, complying with health department standards.
Work efficiently in a busy commercial kitchen.
Ability to stand for long periods (60+ minutes) and lift heavy supplies (30-50)
