At Chocofin, we are proud to offer our own small batch craft chocolate. We start with the finest organically grown cocoa beans from around the world. We sort, roast, winnow, grind and conch in-house. This produces an intensely flavorful chocolate. Only a little organic sugar is added. We don't want to get in the way of the myriad of flavors that each bean naturally contains.
