Happy Valley Charter School invited Chef Rebecca Chazan to speak at their morning assemblies today. Students are studying “Heroes” and included Chefs in the group of careers that they wanted to learn about. They are studying Julia Childs and Emeril Lagasse. To decorate for the assembly, they made a wall of photos of themselves as chefs!
Due to the success of our new Tasting Menu on October 6 & 7, we will feature another one on Wednesday evening, October 13th,. We are already sold out for dinner service on October 14th, however.
