A Note from ACI’s Executive Chef December 2014

Happy Holidays everyone! I wanted to do a quick year-end wrap up before we close for winter break. Another great year is in the books at ACI. We are proud of all of our students, both past and present. We are always aware that our doors can only stay open because of you and your choice to attend ACI. We all work hard to make sure that your experience with us is worth your time and money. I personally want to wish everyone reading this a wonderful holiday season.
Congratulations to all of our December 2014 graduates! Go out there and make us proud. Also, thank you to all the student volunteers who helped with the event…it would be very hard to pull off graduations without the help of our dedicated student helpers.
I don’t want to talk about 2015 too much before this year is even over, but our first open house of the year will be on January 17th, which means our first extra-curricular class will be on that day as well, and it’s the one everybody waits for: Molecular Gastronomy and Modernist Cooking! Clear your schedule NOW! Give us a holler if you want in. We limit the class to 20 students, as always.
That will do it for the moment. Thanks again to everyone that has touched our lives in one way or another. We love and appreciate all of you. Happy Holidays!
