Prep Cook

Hi! Nature's Purpose is a meal prep company (banquet style prep/cooking) looking for professional and hardworking employees to build onto our already great team. We, as a company, respect a strong work/life balance and encouraging work environment as well as appreciate the hard-work and insight of our employees. Everyone at NP has a voice and the ability to contribute their ideas.

We operate out of our own warehouse, with a fully-fitted commercial kitchen. As a small company, we improve on our warehouse/operations weekly with the sky being the only limit.

As a prep cook, your job is as follows:
-Prepping large batch vegetables, meats, marinades/mixes, and in-house sauces
-General cleanliness, organization, and contributing to the kitchen's upkeep
-Communicating with both leadership and your fellow team members in a responsible and respectful manner

Pay:
-$18 an hour, with the ability on Fridays to make $25 an hour (leadership set completion window)
-W2 and paid out weekly (Wednesdays) for previous week's work
