Seasonal position May through September for Executive Chef in charge of popular upscale waterfront restaurant at resort that serves guests as well as wider very popular vacation area in San Juan Mountains in Southern Colorado.  Primary responsibility for dinner service and ordering and overall back of the house including separate music lounge and bar.  Excellent salary for experience as well as lodging and utilities, plus end of season bonus for performance.  Great staff and working environment.  Room for creativity.  Quaint tourist town with amenities nearby.  Great summer opportunity with direct access to limitless outdoor activties, with potential for long term relationship
