Chef / Menu Creator

Sprouts Shack specializes in vegan and vegetarian dishes. I am looking for a chef to create my menu and then potentially be the head chef at the restaurant. I am also willing to pay for a chef to only make the menu. The restaurant is not yet open, but it is predicted to be open in the next 6 months.
