We are a small and local family run Italian restaurant, focusing on wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, and selective wines from Italy and Arizona. Sustainability is a priority in our restaurant, focusing on food that is good for the environment and producer. We are always welcoming students who want to learn the hospitality business for serving/hosting positions or learning under the guidance of Chef Gerardo who has 20 years experience of owning a restaurant and running kitchens in Europe, Mexico, and Hawaii. This is a great opportunity for students who want to learn the restaurant business on a smaller scale with an emphasis on Italian hospitality and food/wine.
