Students from Chef Wolf’s Basics class took a fieldtrip to Page Springs Cellars near Cottonwood, Arizona  and to Fossil Creek Creamery in Strawberry, Arizona last Sunday. Congratulations to four ACI students and alumnae for placing in the top ten finalists for the Nestle’s Professional- Minor’s 100% Natural Chef Contest.
