Students will learn the technique’s of Sushi making including rice cookery. Students will make their own sushi

Students will learn how to identify, fabricate and cook offal products .

10/26/2013 Halloween Confections- Chef Meyer $10
Students will learn baking and garnishing techniques with a Halloween theme.
Location: Basic Baking Classroom 8:30-12:30
All Extra Curricular Classes are on a first come (Paid) first serve basis. Classes are limited to no more than 20 participants. Students can register with Susie Huitron in the Administration office. All students are required to be in full uniform for class participation. Please bring your knife kits. No refunds if canceled within 24 hours of class unless cancelled.
