A Note from the Executive Chef: May 2022

Greetings ACI Family! I hope this message finds you well. Word on the street is that everybody, every hotel, every resort, and every restaurant is still hiring and looking for talent, so hopefully, none of you are struggling to find employment! If you are though, please please please get a hold of us at the school and let us help you. We have lots of interested folks to put you in touch with!


As far as upcoming dates/events of note: barring any unforeseen circumstances, we should be having our next graduation coming up on Friday, June 3rd. As far as we can tell, we should be back to full-on normal graduations at this point, which is really nice. Saturday, June 18th should be our next Open House here on campus. We will most likely feature one of our extra-curricular classes, but we have not decided which one yet, so stay tuned! And, as impossible as it seems, our Summer Break is already getting close. There will be no classes from Saturday, June 25th through Sunday, July 10th. The office will be open most of those days for normal business hours, but students will not be on campus or in class. So, if you are currently enrolled and hearing this for the first time: start planning your vacation!


That’s all folks. In our ever chaotic world, hopefully, you are able to find peace and sanity in your cooking. As crazy as a kitchen environment can be, sometimes it feels like the most normal place around. Catch ya next time.
