A Note from the Executive Chef March 2021

Hello everyone! 

Chef Wolf here, just doing a quick check-in.  Things here on campus are going really well, and hopefully things out there are looking up as well.  The only thing I really want to talk about is that there are a LOT of employers that are actively looking to hire cooks/chefs right now.  As things are re-opening, we are getting a lot of calls and a lot of employers stopping by for job recruiting.  If you are struggling to find work we can probably help!  Restaurants, hotels, and resorts are hiring for most hospitality positions, so if you’re in need of a job, reach out to us.  We are here to help!

Other than that, there isn’t much new happening on campus right now.  We’re still trying to keep extra classes and events to a minimum so we can just put all of our energy and attention into offering the best culinary education we can, in the safest way possible.  Keep staying safe out there, and reach out to us if you’re looking for work.  Take care!
