Arizona Culinary Institute offers a single comprehensive diploma program. Students upon graduation will receive a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking and Restaurant Management. Students can choose to enroll in either the Day (AM) or Night (PM) Program. Both programs are considered full time programs and class courses must be taken consecutively as listed in the curriculum.

Day or (AM) classes times are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM and run until 2:30 PM. The day program is 30 weeks (7.5 months) in length which includes 6 weeks of internship. There are eight (8) scheduled day program starts per calendar year.

Night or (PM) classes times are Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM and run until 11:00 PM. The night program is 40 weeks (10 months) in length which includes 6 weeks of internship. There are currently 4 program starts per year.

Both day and night programs offer the same exact curriculum as listed in the Campus Catalog

Class sizes generally run between 10-12 students per class, it is ACI’s policy to never put more than 20 students in a class at anytime.
