Giving Back

All of us at Arizona Culinary Institute believe good food has the power to change lives for the better. Whether it’s fighting hunger, raising funds or simply bringing people together, few things are more fundamental or communal than food. With that philosophy in mind, ACI is proud to take part in projects that strengthen our community and its people.

Being a good culinarian means understanding the value of food. As a culinary school, we produce a lot of it, and we want to make sure none of it goes to waste. That’s why we donate 300 — 500 lbs. of food each week to Waste Not, a local organization that collects and delivers food to hungry families.

ACI is also proud to do its part by holding annual food drives and semi annual bake sales to feed the hungry and donate proceeds to charities close to ACI . We firmly believe it is important to use our culinary talents to support our community, and we’re pleased to provide this opportunity to our students.
