In our continuing effort to train the chefs of tomorrow, Arizona Culinary Institute announces it’s new Tasting Menu. This five (5) course menu will give our students the opportunity to show off their culinary skills with all new flavor pairings, for the minimal cost of $20 per person. You will receive a tantalizing starter (amuse bouche), receive a choice of a cold appetizer, a choice of hot appetizers, a choice of a pasta or fish, a choice of poultry or meat, and then, finish your dining experience with a delectable dessert. In addition, should you desire a cocktail, a special creation paired specifically for the dinner is available for an additional $10 per person.
