Arizona Culinary Institute and Page Spring Cellars will host a Thirst For Knowledge Wine Class on July 31, 2013 at 3:30 PM in du Jour Restaurant.

Wine Maker Eric Glomski will talk about his Arizona wine business and the wine making process.

Class Cost is $10.

ACI Chefs Table | October 14, 2010

ACI hosted another “Chefs Table” on Thursday October 14, 2010 featuring wines by Michael Keenan.  Thanks to Dave Woods of Frank-Lin Fine Wines and ACI Graduate David Zickl for making this a great evening.

Tasting Menu a Success

Due to the success of our new Tasting Menu on October 6 & 7, we will feature another one on Wednesday evening, October 13th,. We are already sold out for dinner service on October 14th, however. Last night’s tasting menu included a five (5) course menu ( see the menu) featuring a tantalizing starter (amuse bouche), a cold appetizer, a hot appetizer, a choice of a pasta or fish, a choice of poultry or meat, and then, a delectable dessert. In addition, guests could enjoy a specially created cocktail to pair with their meal, for just $10. The cost of the tasting menu is $20. For reservations, please call (480) 603-1066.

In our continuing effort to train the chefs of tomorrow, Arizona Culinary Institute announces it’s new Tasting Menu. This five (5) course menu will give our students the opportunity to show off their culinary skills with all new flavor pairings, for the minimal cost of $20 per person. You will receive a tantalizing starter (amuse bouche), receive a choice of a cold appetizer, a choice of hot appetizers, a choice of a pasta or fish, a choice of poultry or meat, and then, finish your dining experience with a delectable dessert. In addition, should you desire a cocktail, a special creation paired specifically for the dinner is available for an additional $10 per person. We hope that you will join us for the launch of this wonderful culinary experience
