Amidst the sun and Saguaros of Scottsdale, Arizona, stands a custom-built, 18,000 square-foot facility known as the Arizona Culinary Institute. Specially designed to complement our unique program, it boasts five professional kitchens where we teach courses like Basic Culinary Arts, Baking, Meat Fabrication & Saucier and Advanced Baking & Showpieces. Students also gain real-world skills in the Front Line Kitchen of our student-run restaurant, du Jour.

Of course, kitchens are only as good as their equipment, and ours offer only the best. Manufacturers like Winston, Baxter, Hobart, U.S. Range, Cleveland, Rondo, Epco and Rubbermaid have been sourced to provide students with professional-level utility in a safe and spacious environment.  We also have classrooms for lectures and demonstrations, an extensive library and a comfortable student break area.
